Carol's 2014 Chardonnay comes from the same Wild vineyard as the Wild Thing Zinfandel. Very little oak, and neutral oak at that makes this Chard a bright, tropical pleasure that finishes crisp and fresh. Non-traditional in style, Wild Thing Chardonnay is playful and fun. Remember: you are what you drink...
Winemaker Notes:
Beautiful nose of tropical fruits—pineapple, banana, papaya—complemented by lovely honeysuckle floral lift from Viognier. Soft creamy mouthfeel, punctuated by a sliver of bright acidity. Very food compatible with chicken, pork or fish—try Thai flavors!
