Making wine is just one of my passions. In Carol’s Corner, I’ll share some of my other passions – cooking, photography, my three longhaired dachshunds, and of course, my husband and business partner Mitch Mackenzie.

In my Diary, as time allows, I’ll share with you the day-to-day life of a winemaker who also wears many other hats at the winery.

In my Food Pairings section, I’ll reveal some of the amazing wine and food pairings I’ve discovered—foods that not only taste great but pair perfectly with my wines.

And last by not least, the Photo Gallery. Mitch and I both enjoy photography and have taken most of the photos in the gallery and many of the photos on our site.
